BEQOMING (now KAVANA) is an organization anchored in personal development, built to accompany fellows on their growth journey and provide tools for the facilitation of transformational containers. As Director of Programs, I led all operations for our growth journeys, including our online 5-month containers (cohorts of 40+ people) as well as in-person retreats (+20 people.) Additionally, I served as a « user-centric » strategic advisor in pivoting our product and brand to KAVANA – a luxurious retreat center on the west coast of Mexico.
